PATTERN MIXING
Happy Friday! This skirt is true value for my money, the pairings are limitless. Another new find debuts to the blog. This top is another piece that offers very many pairing possibilities. A great summer outfit and Dad's favourite too.

EMBRACING SUMMER
Happy Wednesday! Loving summer weather, and this maxi dress makes another appearance (also worn here). I like this dress because it can also be worn in cooler weather by simply adding a sweater. Recycling is always key. Linking with Shanna at because Shanna said so , Liz at shopping my closet and Lindsey at pleated poppy.

MY DRESS MY CHOICE
Happy Monday! Well, you must have heard the case of a lady stripped by some matatu touts because of the dress she had on. Morons intruding on people's space. To support my fellow women, I joined them by debuting this dress. Shopped for it at the thrift market with Mom. Her comment on the matter is that if only the 1950s would come back. The era of micro minis.
I wore a slip on to make the outfit edgy, and it's visible without looking tacky! This is an inspiration I got from Sheila's blog. Pay a visit, she is a great dresser! I added the cape on because the morning was quite chilly. Linking with Patti at Not dead yet style

DOUBLE BREASTED CASUAL WEAR
Happy Thursday! Had a little rainfall last night and the temperatures are low enough. I therefore pulled this light double breast blazer (also worn here)to add on to my denim to get a dressed up casual wear. I would want to try this look with heels or booties some time and a tie perhaps for an androgynous look. . Linking with Alice at happiness at mid life. and Liz at shopping my closet.

BONOBOS : WINTER LOOKS FOR HIM
Happy Wednesday! When I was approached by Bonobos to participate in their Winter style challenge for men's wear, the definite choice was Mr. B. He works in a dynamic environment, mostly dressed in smart casual and casual wear. He mostly loves khaki and I decided to add some color with the plaid scarf and tie.
What I like about Bonobos is that they offer:-
The only downside is that they do not ship outside United States.
Below are some of the winter looks I came up with to compliment both Mr. B's style and Bonobos men's suits line.
The festive season is coming up, this is a store to visit for a gift for the men in your life. Now head to Bonobos and happy shopping.

What I like about Bonobos is that they offer:-
- Free shipping both ways, you don't pay to get your package or for returns. It is free.
- They have guide shops where you get to try your outfit before you buy then a guide places your order and it is shipped to your office or home, no baggage.
- They have 365 day return period, how amazing!
The only downside is that they do not ship outside United States.

VINTAGE MATERNITY WEAR
Happy Wednesday! This dress was passed down to me by Mom over ten years ago, yes, you read that right. It has been around since the 1980s. I remember seeing her in it in her pregnancies. I took time to google the label Top Lady U.K, unfortunately I could not find any leads
Just to clear things, I am not expectant. The dress is a size 16, with a belt to cinch the waist, it is good to wear. I intend to keep it until my turn comes to rock it as a pregnant woman. And who knows? Even my daughter might get to wear it, that's ambitious of course!
I bought the statement necklace from sheinside, when I checked it online, I thought my eyes saw it as color red. The delivery is orange and I can't complain because with the summer here, it goes well with a number of my brightly colored outfits. Expect to see a lot of it.

Happy Monday! I trust you had a lovely weekend. Spent much of mine doing cleaning and ironing and a little time at the farm. Well just thought of sharing with you how I wear my long scarves. Before I started blogging I was very clueless on how to incorporate a scarf to an outfit, it was the usual wrap as a shawl to keep warm. I think I have made great progress. How do you style your scarves? Linking with Patti at not dead yet style and Lauren of fizzandfrosting for Mix it Mondays
