DOUBLES

Happy Monday! I trust you had a wonderful weekend. Today I decided to pair some doubles, in the double breasted blazer and double slit skirt. I always find this blazer looking better when belted and therefore I added an Obi belt to define the waist line.

We had heavy downpour last evening and also at night, therefore the need for rain boots which of course gave way to shoes when I arrived at my place of work. It was also quite chilly and a jacket was added to this outfit which I removed later in the mid morning. And I like how the scarf added oomph to the outfit.
A friend commented that I am always in spectacles in all my photos, well I caved in to a request of a shot without the glasses on. I must say I could barely see the photographer lol :)

  3. I've never thought to wear an Obi belt with a blazer - but I'm loving the way it works! I think it's always feminine to accentuate the waist. #reasonstodress

  4. Oh my I LOVE THIS! Right now I'm helping a client put together a look that is all about the "safari" trend that is happening right now. Blazers, belts, structured pants, skirts....you nailed this look and it is so fabulously chic!

Thank you for joining the #reasonstodress linkup and I hope to have you back on Tuesday!
