Happy Thursday! Finally the cold month is ending yipeeee! This dress is a repeat outfit. Styling dresses especially tailored one like this one really leaves me with little styling options other than maybe different shoes combinations. Next time I might try wearing it under as skirt. TINY RUFFLES

Happy Tuesday. We are approaching August and that means that the sunshine is about to be back. The cold weather has been horrible.Like on the day I had this outfit we had a low of 20 degrees. That is very low compared to the normal 30 degrees we always have. So much on whining about the weather. The chiffon top is so lovely and airy, very appropriate for warm weather, can't wait to rock it when the sun come out. Have a lovely day.

MY WHITE

 

Happy Friday. The weekend is here and am looking forward to some rest. The weather is still not the best. I took these photos in the evening and the lighting was not still the best. However bad, I will always try to post something. May be some repeat outfits in better weather.

I love hos this outfit came out. Finally I got to have a white top in my wardrobe. It is a basic that have been missing from my closet. Next is an all white dress and skirt. Enjoy your weekend.

Happy Friday. I managed to get some shots today. This vintage look is what I thought of last night. As for the socks my Mom was not amused. She claimed that I am rocking a grandmother look yet am still young. She did not know that that was my point. Going back to the 1940s. I hope to be more consistent with posts starting next week. THROWBACK

Happy Wednesday. I hope you have been well. Have been recuperating since I fell ill. Am better now. The weather has been crappy and therefore no good shots coming through. I however decided to give you a treat of me before I started blogging. Of course I was in my twenties then.
Yes that's my hair. Chopped it last December. It grows fast and therefore I have never had any problem growing it. My hair is quickly greying and am embracing the look. The short look boldly highlights the greying, which I like.

All the above outfits are still in my wardrobe except the shoes, size wise I haven't changed much. Making a transition from size 8/9 to a perfect 10 now.

Happy Monday folks. To cheer up I decided to wear this bright  swirly yellow skirt. And the bare back makes another appearance. I look forward to wearing it with a high waist skirt.

SHAWLS

Happy Friday! I fell sick on Wednesday and therefore was unable to make any posts for Thursday. Responded well to medicine. Other than shorts being my "savior" outfits, dresses are always easy to put together especially when I did not think over the outfit before. It got chilly in the evening and therefore the shawls over my head creating a hijab look. Reminded me of Benazir Bhutto. Enjoy your weekend.

NEW FINDS

Happy Wednesday. I happened to visit the thrift market on Sunday and I found some super bargains. Looking forward to wearing these great outfits.

GREY + BLACK

Almost a dull combination. Not much color at all. I am saying goodbye to this grey top. If my younger sister likes it I will pass it down to her if not, time for the donation bag. It's getting smaller at the bust, I have added some healthy weight. Am now comfortably a size 10.

COLORFUL

Happy Monday folks. I trust you had a restful weekend. Mine was busy with lots of farm work. My comfort piece is always a pair of shorts, combined with a shirt and am ready to go and I like how the shirt collar just stood up. I added some heels to make it more chic. Colorful indeed, green, red, blue and grey . I no longer fear color.
