Well, well, well, it is a brownies day. Just sheer coincidence that all the apparel I had in mind was a brown shade. Since I could not change my mind in the morning, I added the grey half sweater and a spark of yellow with the shawl (made scarf) and belt.

BUSINESS MEETING

I had a business meeting yesterday. I had to pull this suit off the hanger. I must say I felt extraordinarily confident and yes I got away with a business deal and another business appointment next week. Well, there will definitely be another suit post.

I had initially put on a sleeveless red blouse with the suit but changed after breakfast, Mom and Dad felt that I should wear the suit with a blouse with a collar. I therefore picked this very light shade of blue chiffon blouse.

That blouse was definitely untucked later in the day.

Wore this to church this past Sunday. Too many compliments have never hurt a girl. Thanks for those that stopped me to tell me how lovely my dress was/is. Another gift from Mom.And I re-purposed the clutch bag chain strap, see what's on my neck? Hmmmm, that's crazy me on so many levels.

SHORTS

In my small world I wish that I could wear only shorts. They are my favourite. Since it's not possible, I at least daily spend my evenings  in them. Right now the only official short I have is what am wearing today. I need to stock up on some khakis. It's always a difficult search, I will persist in searching though even if they are hard to come by my size.

SKIRT DRESS

Yes, you read that right. I raided Mom's closet some time back. I got this maxi skirt and I could only think of making it a sun dress. Since we are in the rainy season, I decided to pair it with the lime green jacket. Thinking of trying pairing it with a yellow sweater top too sometime. And the search is still on for green, red, blue and yellow heels.
